Vegetarian pho soup is good. The vegetarian spring rolls aren't as good as LuLu's fresh spring rolls though, so I wouldn't recommend them.
My bf raved over the kimchi & the pork belly in the Korean ramen. I ❤ the Boru. The dark horse winner was the sesame soft serve! Paired well w/ the "wandering poet" sake. I don't even like sweets!
Best ramen in KC. The Korean or Bōru are great ramen choices. For apps? Gotta get those baos. 🍜
Top notch ramen in Waldo. Broths can be a bit overly salty but still have very good flavor

The soup bar always has 4 piping hot choices that are all so good it's hard to decide. The easy decision is to always get the roll. Soup & a roll a perfect lunch!

Tried the Pho. It was ok. Their sushi and bento boxes are awesome. House salad is awesome, fresh and dressing is really good - especially the price.
Get the chicken and rice soup! Bomb!! The downtown location has more hearty food btw.

I had been excited to have someplace quick and (very) local to me where I could get a big bowl of pho. Operated by the adjacent and always great Tasty Thai I have to say I was let down a little.
Start with the Thai Chill Shrimp followed by Truffle Mushroom Soup, and just go crazy after that..
The truffled wild mushroom cream soup is heavenly
If they have the corn and bacon chowder as the soup du jour, get it!
