Kate's is the best breakfast/lunch place in the Northland. Great food, great service. Favorites are the Chicken Fried Chicken, Red Hot Mamacado, Santa Fe Salad. Great pancakes, great everything.

The 1/2 size portion of biscuits & gravy is huge with 2 biscuits. The staff of the restaurant were all rushing around in a hurry all the time even though the restaurant wasn't even packed!
