Johann Lo: The hotel room is great! 9/10! The service 10/10. With lovely chocolate cookies upon check in. However, the Makan Kitchen is awesomely horrible. 0/10. The food is cold and turned bad already.

Tracy Loh: really enjoyed the charcoal waffle here, perfect hot and cold combination with double scoop ice cream.
