Part butcher, part steakhouse, this is one of the first artisanal butcheries in Vegas. If you eat a steak you like at the restaurant, pick it up at the shop downstairs. Try the bib steak!

My wife and I ate here for our Anniversary. Everything was excellent food, service, loved the romantic atmosphere. Expensive but worth it for a special occasion.
Great steaks, New York Strips is awesome. Caesar Salad made at the table is really good. Crab Cakes are very good. Nice martinis and wines.
Bill took very good care of us during my aunt's 70th birthday celebration. My Dover Sole was delicious and filleted table side. Tomahawk Ribeye and Porterhouse are big enough to share.

Similar to Foundation Room where its on the 64th floor of one of Mandalay Bay's hotels, but it has a 360 degree view and much more seating than Foundation Room. Best of all, there's no cover charge!

Don't park in the adjacent parking lot close to last call... no warning that it gets locked up or a phone number included on the towing warning. Park on the street and risk a break-in instead.
