This circus or circle is a road junction at London's West End in Westminster is famous for its illuminated signs (so it's great at night) and the famous Eros statue and memorial fountain.
It always really busy here. People crowd around the statue.

Behind the Pump House is a statue of a brown dog. In 1985 it replaced the original, removed in 1910 when it became a focus of riots between medical students and animal rights campaigners.
The statue of the little brown dog is on the path around the English Garden, not behind the pump house.
