Be prepared for a long wait, especially for dinner, but the food is totally worth it. Get the Coffee-Cured Filet. Best steak ever!

Menu changes frequently. All pairings (small plates, large plates, sides, desserts) are well thought out and unconventional, but my taste buds LOVED it. Great drink menu as well. Nice atmosphere.
Don't get a dessert (seriously, who does that these days anyway?), but from the desert menu, be sure to get a 'brew for the crew' on the way out!
They keep the PDF cocktail book on their shelf, and the bartenders know what they're doing. Dinner here is solid as well.
