Fresh brewed beer. Billiards without daiquiri stains. Food served on platters. No wonder the states mandate closing hours, or you’d never leave this place. Start with Peck’s Pilsner, go from there.
The Cascade Mountain Porter is out of this world. If you're a porter lover and/or a hophead, you're in for a treat.

Everything is good here. This is my husband's and my favorite restaurant for special occasions. Very romantic and cozy. Fun and delicious. You cannot go wrong. Call ahead to be sure you get a table.

This is a fantastic restaurant. One if Madison's best. Great food. Great ambiance. Great service. Try the mixed Turkish grill, it was phenomenal.

Great view of the Capitol! Scallop appetizer just melts in you mouth. Delicious! The seared tuna salad had so many wonderful flavors I really enjoyed it.

All of the food needs salt and flavor. The beer is solid. The cranberry porter is quite tart and bold.

One of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. The Marlin was fantastic and the Pear Upside Down cake is to die for (same recipe as Tornado room just not Pineapple). Good drinks too...

Definitely, go to culvers or KFC-DRIVE THRU over this place. You will know what I'm talking bout, once you've wasted 45min of your life in there. No eye candy at the door either. Yikes
