Samantha Coghan: Hernan is the most knowledgeable and articulate guide at the Prado. Ask for him if you are looking for a private tour that opens your mind to much more than just what meets the eye.
alaa: This was one of the most amazing old art discovery tours in my life.
Utku Tosun: Take a deep breathe before starting the tour of black paintings of Goya. Really darkened but worth to see.Anyway, my favorite is Van Dyke.
Andréa Cecil: Walked in without reservations on a Friday night & owner was super accommodating. After dinner, he gave us a tour, detailing the history of the monks who once secretly made wine in the space. So cool.
Amy Robertson: Good food, interesting history (ask for a tour), intimate setting, but a bit stuffy
Stef Mattana: Great food and great settings; my steak was excellent and our large group got accommodated very easily. Bit pricey but worth every cent!
Sony Xperia™ Football: Discover another part of the Spanish culture, feast your eyes on the stadium, fancy a tour?
Katherine S.: When Bullfights are off-season catch a tour inside the arena. The tour guide offers many interesting historic facts.
Marianne Petty: The tour is interesting and good value for money, includes the audio guide. Not sure I'd want to go to an actual bull fight. They take place every Sunday.
Celina Sabatini: El Thyssen tiene la mejor colección permanente que haya visto jamás y la audioguía es una maravilla. Con semejante colección, la temporal #mitos del pop te deja con ganas aunque no está mal.
David Hu: Permanent collection is a whirlwind tour of art through the centuries. 99% paintings, nothing really Spanish-specific. Free entry after noon-ish on Mondays!
JB A: An amazingly diverse collection - simply stunning. From Noon to 4 pm on Mondays, it is free as well! Use the website to plan your tour through the museum for best use of time.
Kate Turner: Such a surprising sight! Behind the plain exterior is a treasure trove of art & history - the frescoed staircase is a highlight. Tours in English & Spanish which last an hour for €6. Worth it!
Laura L: Only guided tours are available. Very nice place with a very interesting history behind. Don't miss the mass where the nuns sing beautifully
kOoLiNuS: On Miércoles there's the free entrance from 16:00 to 18:00 … unfortunately tickets are limited so you have to be there earlier and make the queue under the Sun to get one…
Kass Adya: Probably the best hostel I've been ever been to. Clean and spacious, with modern decor. Free walking tours of Madrid each day, and great activities.
Claudia H.: Great place to stay at: conveniently located, clean, great rooms with huge lockers, nice common room fully equipped kitchen. Staff is great and helpful even though the place is huge you feel at homey.
David Amini: Lovely place, but be warned - they don't allow you to take food back to your room!
