Sam Sine: I love this park. However, it is very crowded during weekends with kids screaming, birthday parties on the grass and BBQ.. So, if you go for relaxing, avoid weekends.
Niclas Skold: Fantastic place to hangout with your kids or have a barbecue. One of LA’s great lungs.
Jose: Great place to walk the dog, go for a run or just chill and picnic.

Thrillist: Taste the “Belmont Bloody Blues” which is a proteinaceous concoction mixed with BBQ and steak sauce, then garnished with beef jerky - delicious but leaving you strangely terrified to answer your phone
Molly Bendell: Sit on the porch. Best for sharing appetizers (crab legs, ribs, calamari...). Gets a little rowdy and louder as the night progresses.
Tracy Bjelland: So sad they changed the menu and got rid of the best spare ribs ever and the delicious tuna tartare...:-(

Thirsty James: BBQ Chicken for the win!
Nick Starr: Square and regular NY style pies. Bbq chicken pizza. Philly pork and meatball sandos.
Anastasia Giorgiova: **Important: this NY transplant approves of this pizza! 🍕🍕🍕 It’s a thin crust HUGE pizza, with flavorful sauce, & has the correct sauce to cheese ratio. One of my top 3 REAL pizza places in LA.
Liz Sackley: The braised short rib sandwich & the double b-lta are delicious!
Kristine Katona: LOVE: market salad, quiches, salted caramel bobka roll, tuna Niçoise salad, short rib sandwich and soy latte :))
Hiemann Lee: Short rib sandwich
Gail H: Babyback rib pork taco is a must order. Also the branzino is delish. Very accomodating to make the slaw w/o onions so you know its fresh! Jamon & queso also good but salty. Skip the tamale.
Andrea Tucker: Pork belly tacos, pork rib taco, lobster taco, and the shrimp taco. YUM
Monica Paoluzzi: Start with chips (fresh fried!) salsa and guacamole, then get tacos and fish (I tried both lobster and branzino and they were amazing!). If you prefer meat, ribs are really good too ;) Best mex ever!
