2001 exhibit was amazing! Clockwork needed to be bigger. Overall huge exhibit worth seeing for anyone who appreciates good quality film making!

Fantastic exhibition, a little pricey at $25 but there is a feast of visual inspiration from Del Toro's films, classic Disney movies and illustrators/comic artists. A must-see for any film/horror buff

Not that well curated, seems like a mix of del Toro's and LACMA'S collections without a lot of explanation as to why each piece was chosen (beyond the theme of each gallery).

Amazing exhibit that would be a lot more pleasant if LACMA staff wasn't yelling at the group throughout the experience. Let us enjoy the art without barking instructions nonstop!

Cool effect, though didn't work as well as I'd hoped
As others said, it's a big rock. Go in afternoon when the shadows are long and it's otherworldly. You can access the rock for free through the park.
