quite decent Vietnamese place owned and operated by an awesome Italian gentleman. I tried the pho and it was quite good -- although not as good as the ones I've had in restaurants owned by Vietnamese

Owners are chinese, so this isn't a real japanese reastaurant, anyway is quite good. Try Tiger Roll, Dragon roll and tempura soba.

Basara offers one of the best coffee and brioch places on Tortona. And they have the BEST and friendliest staff! You can get all of your coffee to go.
I like the concept, between street food, fancy fusion, and Italian cousine basics. Noodles are ok but I was expecting more to be honest. Will be back for noodle soup soon.
