The New Years Eve dream location for kids! They know customer service. Great dinner NYE at Charley's-Noise makers, hats, tiaras and a buffet for the kids. Another perfect stay @ a gem of a hotel.
Save room for dessert & try the Toffee Almond Cake, it's probably my favorite dessert in the city now. Loads of caramel sauce!
The hotel provides toothpaste and Aveda hair and body products. So far, so good.
A little pricey, but totally worth it for something different. A unique experience I'd suggest if you're looking to have a little fun. Original dessert fondue is the best.

Worst service I have ever had, gave me dirty silver, took forever to get a glass of wine, server looked over worked and overwhelmed, food was good, but a poor experience for the money!
