Pho is the specialty here, but their rice dishes are excellent. Try Com Tam with marinated pork, beef or even their fried tofu and shrimp paste!

Try the Bo Luc Lac (Vietnamese Shaking Beef)! The beef is flavorful and oh so delicious! :) The dish also comes with side of garlic fried rice and veggies.
Friendly service clean place with large tables. Gluten free? No problem, they have rice noodles. Don't leave without trying the Vietnamese coffee that's known for its uplifting effects! :)

I've tried quite a bit of items from Cotixan, and I would have to say I like the Surf and Turf burrito the most of all. Comes with Carne Asada, Rice, Guacamole and usually LOTS of Shrimp for $6.95.

I have tried the Cali Baguette on El Cajon Blvd. This location is better! By miles! The bread, sandwiches are fresher tasting. They also have rice paper eggrolls at this location! Much cleaner!
