Great veggie options; heck, great EVERYTHING options. Some sandwich combos (e.g., Robert Louis Stevenson) other Ike's don't offer. Try your favorite on a nice crisp Dutch Crunch! It's excellent fare.
So many vegan options! The bread alone is worth the trip.
big sur pizza is the best (vegetarians ask for little sur) esp. with the chipotle shark repellent. try all the shark repellent they are all good

Tika tofu and tofu mosalla are bomb! Best vegan menu around hands down.
Don't order the veggie platter! The most Overpriced appetizer platter for the given quantity!
The tofu tikka masala, chana masala and the naan! Very impressed by the flavour and spices.
The spicy lentil wraps are amazing & so are the vegetable tempura sushi rolls. Best prices on the stuff vegans can get w/o having to go to wholefoods.
Remember to bring your own bag. (Or pay $0.25 for one of theirs.)
Soy yogurt is healthy, dairy free, and comes in a variety of tasty flavors.

A very fun experience every Tuesday after 3pm. A very interesting variety of fresh veggies, local specialities and crafts. Go to the Mucky Duck afterwords and enjoy the outdoor music and have a drink!

I'm obsessed with Sweet Earth Natural Foods burritos. Super fast, easy, healthy, delicious, and vegetarian/some vegan. #Yum. You can find them in the refridge section.
Love the brand of spicy turkey jerky here (not 365). Can't find it anywhere else. Great seeds selection too.
Don't forget to fill a bag with yogurt covered pretzels.

Pre-aquarium breakfast of champions. Off-menu carnitas Benedict is eggscellent! Calamari steak, Pope John, corned pigeon hash also great
Squirt bottles are provided to blast the pigeons to make them go away. Great fun.
