Brussels sprouts are a must. Sushi is fantastically fresh. Ramen with pork belly was good but not great.
Best Ramen in Nashville! Get the Tori Paten (chicken broth) and maybe ask for an extra soft boiled egg half ;) you will not be sorry! Add a Brussel sprout appetizer if you want a foodgasm. You won't.

What a great (new) hidden treasure. A friendly staff serves up the traditional comforts of Vietnamese cuisine. Highlighted by their Pho, the perfect meal on a cold day.
The Pho is excellent! I also dig the bar in the front window. Nice place to work with hanging stations.

Vietnamese, Thai, and sushi. Run by Laotian family. Great food here, one of my fav places to eat. The soup and pork sandwiches from the Vietnamese menu are fabulous.

Ordered one of the "beef noodle" soups. Not sure about the beef part but it's a broth you pour over vermicelli with greens for seasoning. I had the "seafood" version and it is TERRIFIC! List it!
