One of my favorites is the Tempeh BBQ in a bowl...on a bed of rice or quinoa or both with sesame kale and greens with spicy slaw to finish it off. Also a great selection of drinks. Ginger kombucha!
Who knew Southern food could be done with such flourish? Chef Sean Brock does an amazing job of creating a menu that's both innovative and authentic. Get the Southern vegetables!
The V is for Vegan is probably the best vegan pie in this whole town! Can also vegify existing or build your own- lots of great veggies, Daiya cheese, vegan friendly pestos. Gluten free options too!
