Not your typical New Orleans PoBoys but amazing. Smoke salmon poboy with sliced avocado added is a favorite and delicious! Produce is all local, a selection of vegetarian and vegan choices.
Vegan roasted sweet potato po-boy (braised greens and black-eyed pea pecan spread). You can order their vegan roasted cauliflower sandwich (romesco sauce, crispy kale, avocado and radish) as a po-boy.
Reservations required. The three or five- dip options plus a hummus are enough to make a meal for two. Vegetarian options galore.
