The Cell is a wonderful, versatile and modular "Twenty First Century Salon™." Lectures, Art shows, and avant-garde concerts happen here. The piano they own is not the best instrument around...

Bright and cozy. Saltwater is a cute Australian-style coffeeshop with a pretty decent-sized menu. Baristas are super knowledgeable and friendly. I can easily recommend all their coffee drinks!
The people behind The Elk have transformed the 2nd Wave Mojo Coffee into a bright, airy Sightglass shop with pretty unfinished wood and a good amount of seating. Wifi and plugs. (9/14)

Not my favorite place for the coffee, but a fantastic place to work and hang with friends for a casual brunch. Pastries are sourced from Balthazar and the place is social and bright.

The ube coconut soft serve swirl is amazing!! Clean and bright with great toppings! My boyfriend got the matcha soft serve and it was also fantastic!
Ube is a must if you haven't tried it already, but the matcha green tea / black sesame swirl is also amazing. You can get multiple flavors in a large cup if you want to try them all.
Came for the martinis but the food was actually great too. Loved the steak tartare. Skirt steak and pork chop were both great entrees.
Really enjoyed my baked potato with caviar & the burrata. Also a big fan of the drinks - would definitely come back
