Thompson Hotels: Our concierge William at Smyth says that the Braised Oxtail with Gnocchi alla Romana is sublime. Also the Spaghetti alla Carbonara is the best in the city.
Chrissy Tobin: All the pastas are exceptional, especially the carbonara!
Chelsea Balkan: #FabuLIST #DubiDO tasting menu is perfect for those that can't decide on just one pasta dish. Come hungry because the portions are huge. My fav were spaghetti carbonara and bucatini amatriciana

Jeremy Fisher: Clubby, intimate space. Excellent service. Burger that lives up to the hype. Also order: king crab, Cacio Pepe Carbonara pasta, creamed spinach. English Cut is good, not mandatory. Skip the brussels
Allie Goodchild: Perfection from the service to the prime rib to the au jus. The carbonara and mashed potatoes are not to be skipped
Michael Muse: Burger was phenomenal. Cacio e Pepe Carbonara and the French Dip Sandwich were also amazing

LadyOlivia McDarnley: Everything is delicious, extensive menu. Amazing tuna tartare, monkfish, GLUTEN FREE pasta! Best carbonara I've ever tasted and seriously good meatballs.
Celena Chan: 2nd time back at this cozy spot, had the carbonara and fungi fettuccini. Both excellent with the former being on the heavier side, but that's to be expected.
Elena: Carbonara is simply amazing!!! Great place!

Cover: Classic italian done right. The Mad Calamari smothered in spicy marinara is a MUST. Go with the penne w/ vodka sauce or carbonara and you'll leave happy. Pay with cover and skip waiting for the check!
Lorgio Jimenez: Mad calamari is so good. Expect to eat garlic. Spaghetti carbonara was amazing and al dente
Lauren Mac: Just the right amount of busy, don't miss the calamari, magic mushrooms, or carbonara. Happy hour from 5-7pm too!

stephanie scheper: Probably the best meal I've had in 2014. Amazing ambiance & cocktails - loved the prosciutto prawns, kale caesar salad, duck carbonara and the capicola pizza!
Diego Anell: Their stracciatella is amazing if you love burrata, the fettuccine was wonderful and the carbonara was incredibly cheesy. Not sure what happened but the restaurant had run out of bread by 9:20pm!
Gabriela Akel: One of the best Italians in nyc, pretty underrated. The carbonara was to die for, and the mushroom pizza was the best ever. The portions are big, I would say two people can share a pasta w/ an app.

Matt www.Travelyaps.com: So good. Kale carbonara was awesome. Fish was a little undercooked, didn't make a big deal and waitress saw and brought out free wine, free sides and free dessert. They are beyond attentive. A+++++
Megan Johnson: Delicious: yellow tail app, sunchokes side, kale carbonara side, lemon chicken main. Chicken Parm a little overblown.
Jeremy Bassinder: Kale carbonara. Amazing. Steak great too.
