The brunch here is amazing. For only $15 extra you get the all you can drink (aycd) option. Highly recommended the traditional Jamaican breakfast items.
Great fresh smoothies/juices! Also a yummy lunch special: stewed, BBQ, curry, fried, grilled or jerk chicken w/side of cabbage, rice&peas, plantain for $5, 11am-3pm. Do it!
Can't go wrong with the jerk chicken & Oxtails are official. It's been a minute since I had some Caribbean food and I can tell that's NOT the reason why it's was good. It just plain is. Price on par.
Probably the most legit West indian food spot I've found Manhattan .. not any of that Caribbean / soul-food fusion mess. And as an island girl myself, Im pretty picky. Good job Wat'sOn

Have been eyeing this place for a while and was glad to have finally tried their brunch -- fast service and tasty food. Arrive early as they get crowded after 1 PM, it seems.

Ordering here is always chaotic, especially if you don't speak Spanish... but the food is *really* good.
Great food and prices and if you spend over $10.00, which is not a bad minimum like some other restaurants in the area, you can use a credit card. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner - food is always great!!!

The beef pattie was good. Soft, warm, sweeter than a store-bought one.
The jerk salmon was succulent, the pineapple salsa was amazing (order more of that), and sorrel was just right. 😋
Omar's is fantastic. They have a great mix of entrees with really great, unique flavors. Cocktails are solid as well. Highly recommend this spot! They even have a great outdoor setup.
