Get the Tingly cumin lamb with Sichuan peppercorns, chili oil, red onions, celery and herbs. Flavors are a bit more interesting than the beef noodle soup (which is still fantastic).
Well, the noodles were indeed Very Fresh and handmade in front of you. The cumin lamb was excellent, better with soup than without (without was a little sour). Excellent and warm service too!

Avoid the pork with cumin and chili. It's 90% bones. Pork dumplings were phenomenal. Chicken with lemon was pretty solid too.
If you like lamb but don't like spicy, request the cumin lamb. It's not on the menu but very tasty and very tender. The braised shitake with baby bok choy is a good veggie choice
