Talisa Chang: Get an array! Pork and crab soup dumplings, the tiny pillowy fried pork dumplings, and the firm Szechuan pork dumplings. Round it out with a nice bright plate of choy.

Avi Flamholz: Up there with Prosperity Dumpling for the best dumplings in Chinatown. If you order anything other than the #1 at lunchtime, be prepared to wait 5 minutes. Good thing #1 is fried pork dumplings.
Corinne Kwan: Cash only. There is an ATM, but who wants to pay an ATM fee just to get a few bucks? My go-to: those killer fried pork + chive dumplings for only $1.25. Doesn't get any better than that 👌
