Standouts: the skewers - beef tenderloin, scallops, & pork belly; chicken liver & bacon fried rice (i find it's better than the bone marrow & oxtail tho I love both); and of course the raw seafood.

Chopped liver and trio of herring. Very tasty. The brown bread under the herring was a bit confusing, springy and a touch dry. They serve Streits matzo that is toasted, buttered and salted. So good.

Loved the foie gras terrine, chicken liver agnolotti, and devils food cake. Excellent service. The half chicken with foie drippings was more like an accent of foie, it didn’t have strong flavor.

Charcuterie plates are solid. The radishes with butter add a fresh crunch to the cheeses & meats you’ll order. The chicken liver mousse is fantastic but it’s plating makes it look unappetizing.

The teba wings were amazing! Some of the best wings I’ve ever had. We liked everything we ate except the chicken liver pâté/mochi waffle. Service was superb and they gave great menu recommendations.
Fabulous izakaya spot with out of the ordinary dishes that defy your taste buds, the chicken liver pate with the waffles are amazing!
