The dandan noodles are delicious and the portion size is enough to make you feel full. We loved the twice cooked pork which was crispy and flavorful and actually more pork than leek (surprise!)
Order the dan dan noodles. They are cooked to perfection (literally the best noodles I have ever tasted), topped in chili oil sauce with minced pork and scallions. Super spicy but worth it.
Beef tripe in chili oil, dan dan mien, and the double cooked pork belly! Gets packed during peak hours so go early. Also pick up a milk tea to counter the intense spicy!
