The all you can eat Brazilian cuisine is very good.
I would suggest to pay for the all you can eat meat and salad bar and go really really hungry. You'll end up spending a lot of money but it's so worth it. Lots of nice people and very fancy place.
Some of the best bread pudding I have had in hampton roads. I have been searching for one that matches my mothers and I must say this does.

The submarine roll is really good! Wish it were a little spicier..but the avocado adds a nice creaminess to it!
Possibly the best sushi in Norfolk. Get the Submarine and Easter roll, they are on the little combination menu and are IMHO the best rolls there.
