SBK: SBK eats here. This is one of my favorite places in Orlando. I get a pound of crawfish (shebang, hot, with extra garlic) add sausage and potatoes. I usually get a cup of gumbo to go. I love it.
Culture Climax: Everything on the menu is so good!!! Po boys, étouffée, gumbo, jambalaya, corn and crawfish with the sausage on top is my new jump off.
Scott Worthington: Shrimp, Crawfish, Snow Crab, sausage

Sandy C: The sausage ragu, chicken Marsala and meatball bucatini were excellent. Warm bread with olive oil refilled all through dinner. Spaghetti bolognese needed a bit more sauce.
Elisa: Sausage ragu and lasagna 👌🏻👌🏻 also chocolate martini if you’re looking for an interesting drink
Connor: Modern dining room with an open kitchen. Very cool place to dine in. Meatballs as an appetizer was wonderful. Chicken parm was a safe bet, but you should try something different.
Jussi Doherty: Try the Texas Plate special! Brisket, sausage, toast, + 2 sides...
Dan Leaphart: Brisket, ribs and sausage are what you need to order. Never pass on the complimentary soft serve ice cream machine post-meal.
Kevin O'Neill: The brisket and sausage are great

Megan Hoepner: Best brunch!!! Awesome happy hour!! Can't say enough great things about Santiago's, definitely a must!
Kevin Karson: Everything on their menu is delicious. Also, I'd murder loved ones for the bread pudding.
John B: We had patatas bravas, chorizo pimientos, something with portabella and spinach and vieiras puerros. It was all excellent. Try trilogia for dessert if you like white chocolate!
Dave Richard: Great tapas and sangria specials on Tuesday with good portions. The patatas bravado and chorizo al brandy are great!!
Steve Gourmand: The oxtails (rabo) were delcious. The puerros (scallops in manchengo cheese) were excellent as were the chorizos con pimientos and chorizos in brandy. The octopus was over cooked and were burnt
