Catherine Wu: La Duree is the classic macaron, but Pierre Herme is impressive flavor-wise. The olive oil + vanilla is my favorite (weird, I know), and their other desserts (rose croissant?!) are great too!

Jeremy Krantz: Incredibly charming caféthars adjacent to the Trocadero. Whether you're in their terrace or inside, you'll find a chic decor with great service. Their macarons are amazing as well as their Mont Blanc.
