Start off with the pork dumplings and cold shredded potatoes! Any of the stir fry noodle selections are a good choice. Enjoy the meal while watching the guys make the noodles in the back!
Awesome hand pulled noodles. Definitely get the sliced beef noodle soup.
Get the shaved noodles if you like chewy noodles. Beef brisket is a great choice. Zha jiang mian (peanut noodles) is really good too, but get hand-drawn for this.
