Great peaceful escape from the grind of the city
It was a very relaxed atmosphere to sit and regain some peace, but please listen when they say stay on the paths...stop climbing on the waterfall to take pictures and selfies, very disrespectful
Enjoy the peaceful, serene landscape with a stroll through the Japanese Garden. Attend a tea ceremony on the 3rd Sat of each month. The garden is closed from July through the beginning of Oct.

It is a tiny cute cafe with a nice view, a black cat and swing. A very pleasant quiet place to sit. The coffee is fine, but not the best in Phoenix.

Loved the park for the Scottish Highland Games...Its so calming sitting by the lake and watching the ducks.. See you next year at the Highland Games

Monday Night ! Very quiet. Great Atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The wine list was good. The food was prepared perfect. All 5 persons would come again!

The iced mocha is really good. Has a far more delicate taste of chocolate than Starbucks with a strong expresso

Despite the weather, bring LOTS of water (more than you think you will need). Also, plan your trip so you have enough time before sundown. Never hurts to let people know where you're going also.

What a cool and cozy place to hang out, read, work (free wifi) and yes, have a coffee or even a drink. Inside Changing Hands Bookstore so a dreamy place for book lovers.

Great people and one of the largest Starbucks I've ever seen. They have plenty of seating and even a nice conference / study room. Outdoor patio area is great.
The lower pool area is great. Quiet, great service and nice cabanas.
