Did the Dinosaur's in Time tour with Andy and it was very informative and fun! Both museums were beautiful and the courtyard is a wonderful outdoor place to relax.

In the Earth Theater, see "Dinosaur Prophecy" to solve 4 famous cold cases of how dinosaurs died. It was funded in part by NASA's Office of Earth Science under the "Immersive Earth" project. Read more.
The cafe has surprisingly great food. Red pepper Gouda soup (AMAZING) every Friday, wraps and paninis are delicious. Try the energy stir smoothie on your way out. Service is very friendly as well.

Simply amazing. Im a war history kinda person and this place had alot of it. Plus u get to see Pgh as it was back in the day and how it helped pioneer America towards what it is today
Definitely do the silent screen shot! 3 minutes is a long time. Make sure to check out every floor and if you have kids go to the lower level for hands on fun! Great museum!

Definitely worth the price. The ride itself is not the attraction though. The view of the city is. Don't miss the great food in this neighborhood either.

Give James Turrell's Pleiades all the time that your eyes need to adjust. You won't be disappointed. And don't forget to grab a snack in the cafe either.
Loved the Omnimax and the submarine. The test of the museum is geared toward smaller children. Did not see the planetarium. A bit expensive esp once you add on the movie and planetarium.

The art classes offered are great for people to learn new skills in a relaxed, enjoyable environment. The teachers are knowledgable and friendly!
Parking is definitely a challenge here.

Amazing structure with a fascinating history. Tours are long (over 2 hours) so be warned. Was lecture-y, but friendly, and enjoyable if you appreciate the science, history, and pittsburgh connections.
