Eater: Portland's first Chinese dim sum restaurant mixes the traditional (steamed pork buns, wonton soup) with the creative (pastrami egg rolls, bacon fried rice) in a hip environment.
Al S: Everything I've had here is fantastic, but the garlic green beans are the true standout. Great upscale Chinese spot.

nina: On a trip to escape Brooklyn I ended up at Eventide, which is as hip as Maine gets. But I have no regrets: there's good food and fun cocktails. A great double date spot!
