There's something very Starship Enterprise about this place, albeit with sweeping views of downtown Portland and surrounds and solid cocktails. Great pick for a fancy night out.

Delicious Tea Latte, good atmosphere right across a park, wifi, comfortable seats and friendly staff.
I expected smug and SF-like, but was greeted by a warm, genuine, and friendly tea barista. Nevermind the self-important clientele, these tea lattes are the real deal!
Lovely classy atmosphere. The portions are small, in a good way, so you experience the flavors. The lamb shank was amazing. Don’t skip the desserts. They’re works of art in looks & taste.
Great food, reasonably priced. We had 5 cocktails, an appetizer, two entrees and desert shared for $132. Can’t do that many other places in the Pearl.
