Ros Hodgekiss: There's something very Starship Enterprise about this place, albeit with sweeping views of downtown Portland and surrounds and solid cocktails. Great pick for a fancy night out.
Vahid: wear classy and order smoked salmon roll
Cheapism: There’s nothing over $6 on the Happy Hour menu at this fancy spot where you can see the entire valley from the 30th floor. Get a good-sized Caesar salad for $2 and spring rolls for $3. Read more.
Darrin Quillen: High on the fancy factor, as well as, well...height. The place to take an out of town guest to see the city. Spectacular at night. Great happy hour to boot.
Rod Sager: This is a great place to go for drinks with the best view in Portland or for dinner if you wallet is feeling full and your looking for a nice fine dining experience.

Thai Restaurant · 20 tips and reviews
Sara Joy: Super fancy for a thai restaurant. Hidden in the back of PaaDee. Typically have to book 6mo in advance, but can put your name on the Yelp Table wait list, and snag a spot if someone cancels.
MLO: Best meal in PDX. Reservations only and weeks in advance. Order the wine pairing. Treat yo self!
CITY GRIT: Hey look! There’s a restaurant hidden behind that door that looks like a bookshelf at PaaDee! You should check it out and order the $40 tasting menu!

Spanish Restaurant · 5 tips and reviews
Farhad: Lovely classy atmosphere. The portions are small, in a good way, so you experience the flavors. The lamb shank was amazing. Don’t skip the desserts. They’re works of art in looks & taste.
Jeri Beck: Great food, reasonably priced. We had 5 cocktails, an appetizer, two entrees and desert shared for $132. Can’t do that many other places in the Pearl.
Jen Fry: The entire menu! Can't go wrong with any choice.
