Portland finally has legit Indian food! The lentil soup doesn't sound exciting but is incredible. Try the samosa appetizer—a housemade samosa in an amazing chickpea stew. I can't wait to go back!
This is the best Indian food I have had in Portland. It’s all vegan and truly amazing even though I eat meat.

Spicy tripe stew is a must have! Ribeye is perfect.
The lamb shoulder was some of the best Lamb I have ever had - cooked to perfection! And the veggies were great too!
Breakfast is excellent! I recommend getting a latte as it was spectacular. Service is awesome and prices are not outrageous!

Eclectic Swiss-German food w/ Hawaiian theme: Had the sampler salad, vegan lentil w/ rosti & mushroom appetizer. Everything was fresh & delicious.
Wow this place is spot on authentic Swiss. My father lives in Locarno Switzerland and this was just delicious
Located in an interesting neighborhood, they have tasty Iraqi food with lots of vegan options. We loved the falafel, chickpea stew plates, the beer and baklava! The ambience is very cool too

The only indoor cuban restaurant I could find in Portland and it is AMAZING. After living in Miami and moving back to Portland, I needed a good place. The empanadas are to die for.
They have a killer happy hour menu! And they have heaters above each table outside!! One of our new favorite places.

Best Ethiopian food hands down ! Lots of vegetarian options for a great price . They also have buffet on Sundays all you can eat !!! People are very nice and cordial . Strongly recommend it !

Absolutely the best Mid-east food in the Portland area. Fabulous hummus, baba ganoush, pita, kabobs...and dishes I've never seen anywhere else. I also heartily recommend the veggie mezza.
We ate here once & disliked it, didnt come back for a year. Loved it ever since & wish I could get that year back.
