Pinky Gonzales: Try the Vine, if it's on tap. Absolutely amazing. It's a blend of barrel aged Blondes that have been refermented with fresh pressed juice of white wine grapes. Phenomenal.

Spencer Miles: Undoubtedly the best brewery in PDX. 10-12 sours on tap, all absolutely phenomenal.
Debbie Nelson: Tonight's special was chicken alla Marsala with shiitake mushrooms and buttered noodles - probably the best chicken Marsala I've ever had.
