As a Paraguayan, I can attest this is the most authentic Paraguayan food I've had in the US! Get the empanadas, mbeju, chorizo, milanesas, chipa, and croquetas. Everything is delicious!
Authentic paraguayan. Order the chipa guasu and empanadas first. Or the payagua. Then I recommend the vori soup and beef milanesa with ensalada rusa. Dulce de mamon (papaya) for dessert.
