Finally a decent bubble tea shop in the neighborhood! They use real tea leaves to make their teas. My fav is their Jasmine Green tea with half and half milk and tapioca. Simple and delicious!

More than holds its own in an area with an abundance of bubble tea options. Good soft bubbles, not overly sweet. Milk foam with green milk tea is the way to go.
Very unique blend of several different tea cultures. The Coffee Milk bubble tea was delicious. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors!

Pleasant staff, try the green tea. All the Bubble teas will give you diabetes they're sooo sweet & have pearls of tapioca in them too! Not for me.
Taro Bubble Tea is great! But I still prefer the Taro BT @ Coco in Flushing.
Finally can get boba on Austin St. without going to Flushing. I recommend the taro milk tea.
The beef skewers and the black milk boba tea are the BOOMBBB. Also the oxtail pho and spring rolls. Claypots are okay, DO not order wrapped duck hoisin rolls and any kind of fried rice!

Who knew bubble tea at a Vietnamese restaurant can be so good! Bubbles are very soft (not chewy), has great tea flavor, and perfect level of sweetness. Pho is great value and they give lots of meat!

Jasmine milk tea is the best! The staff is friendly. and the decorations are cute. There isn't a lot of seating, but it's definitely a place to check out if you're looking for a great boba place.
This place is way too close to my home. I love the staff, and the bubble teas are great. My wife loves the Matcha Latte with bubbles I go for the Classic Milk Tea. You can choose the amount of sugar

None of the milk bubble teas are vegan (milk in the powder), but the regular flavored teas and the Yakult teas are. And you can add tapioca bubbles to anything =)
