Everything was absolutely delish! Brussels Sprouts salad is a great way to start your meal- mustard seeds give it a nice, tart flavor. If you like spice- definitely go for the Nashville hot chicken!
The pork chop is brined with piloncillo–a paste derived from unrefined, crushed sugar cane. It's one of the juiciest you'll ever have.
Have a lot of Veggie/Vegan options and good beer. Look in the bathroom cupboard....

Go here for locally roasted coffee by Blanchards, locally churned ice cream by Bev's, over 12 taps of great beer, and live music most weekends. Great reward after that hard hike or bike ride.

The turkey chili is so good...you may cry. I get the pick two with the chili and Thai chicken salad, YUM!
