Not staffed for waiter/waitress table service but service is decent and dining area is clean and and pleasant. Most customers get take out or delivery. So they don't have wait staff.
Judy has an awesome place here with an awesome selection of dishes. We rarely eat Chinese Food anywhere else. Yum!

Perfectly cooked hickory smoked ribs with great tasting hot and spicy sauce. The best takeout service I have ever experienced. Be sure to order extra cornbread.....trust me.

Great flavor. The tortillas are hand made. This is not very common, and it’s the sign of authentic stuff. Certainly one of the best authentic stuff in the area.
Wednesday is $1 Taco day. Every taco is $1. This is as Mexican as Mexican gets in Richmond. Great food cheap.

Cheese ravioli was delicious. Friendly service. Pizza had a nice crispy crust. Overall a very nice place to eat.
Recommend the pizzas and sandwiches. The people that work there are real nice.

Go for brunch, get The California Rancheros, the best take on Huevos Rancheros I've ever had. My own will now be molded after this delectable dish of pintos & eggs.
An beloved neighborhood restaurant, the food is well worth the wait. Don't forget to always save room for the Tres leches, Food Network even featured the dessert on The Best Thing I Ever Ate.
