Jude P.: Lunches are the best and never over $6. Lots of food! Big salad, entree with veggies and side dish, dessert. Food like mom used to make.
Offbeat L.A.: Listed as the Flame Club in the 1953 Sacramento directory. A bar opened at this location shortly after the repeal of prohibition owned by Anthony J. Nevis, not sure if it was called The Flame Club.
Offbeat L.A.: The Flame Club has been in business since at least 1956, or before. In 1956 the owner, Pete Grego, applied for a dance license to the Sacramento City Council and it was approved.
Yolanda Sanchez: If you're ordering the chips and beans ask for the works. Comes with onions, mushrooms, cheese, and Bacon. Yums!
MO Guzman: Neighborhood pub. British brews, good food, and a younger crowd on friday/sat. Great trivia night Sundays (gets packed), fooseball is on after trivia. Worth checking out. Full bar.
Shane Barker: The Streets of London have an amazing selection of craft beers! The bartender Thaddeus is the man when it comes to beer knowledge.

Sam McCrimson: This place has been around for ages and nothing has changed on the outside or inside. A legit dive bar with solid people.
Claire Veeninga: No hard alcohol, decent beer prices, horse shoes and pool...
Adrian Jones: Win a game of ball in hand (no homo) & shotgun a PBR!
