The walnut shrimp is the best... Well... Maybe New York Steak Frank style :-)
The chow mein is the best. It has a slightly charred/wood-fired flavor and super high-quality noodles. The honey walnut prawns are the best I've had too.

The Hyatt has great event Spaces. The Ballroom has plenty of space and the Capitol View room truly does have breathtaking views of the city. Great customer service as well.
