You go through the line and the staff person assembles a custom bowl of ramen (or cold noodle salad or regular salad) for you. You get just what you want and it's soooooo good!

Tried out the Thai Hot Pot. A very different curry and noodle combination. Sweet, and strong flavor of turmeric. Good service, clean space. Parking is spacious.
If you like your spaghetti sauce spicy(its super good) you can ask for the seasoning they add so that you can flavor it to your taste. I say this because sometimes its too spicy
Try the spring rolls! AMAZING! I honestly haven't tried anything that I haven't loved! Delicious!

WORST buffet I've EVER BEEN TOO. Every other steam table pan empty. They keep their rice stocked though! But it ain't worth 15 dollars a person.
Pho broth is on point but do yourself a favor and indulge in their springs. Fresh and tasty.
