Try the chicken fried ribeye. It's covered with pepper jack and cream gravy and topped with fried onion and jalapeno strips. Sooo delicious.

Nice jumping off point to the Riverwalk. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The Bistro was the perfect relief from a packed Saturday night on the walk, great appetizers and cold, local beer.

The ahi tuna tataki salad is delicious and the staff is excellent, but for goodness sakes ladies, wear some all terrain sneakers and a windbreaker. It's freezing in here and the floor is really slick.

You can always tell a good pizza joint by how they make just a plain cheese pizza. All them fancy topping are great but if you can get the basics right it's just hot cheese and dough. Awesome!
