Forget Red Lobster! If you are in SA eat here, us locals know what is good for u :) Lemon pepper fish is 1 of my favorites w/ black beans & hot green beans. Of course I am a fan of the fried fish too.

If you like spicy get the sesame chicken or triple delight. Other good plates are almond chicken and lemon chicken both non-spicy
