This is Rubio's Numero Uno. But, don't let the looks fool you. This is the epic center of the fish taco explosion in San Diego and then the US. For that reason alone, it makes my top ten list.

Great local Cigar Bar & Lounge in the Gaslamp District. Indoor and outdoor seating available although it’s not huge. Decent selection of sticks although at California prices. Very friendly Staff.
