Yemen Haraaz Red Maraqah was prepared by V60. The body is full with peanut tones and the clean green grape mouth is complemented by a biting tart acidic backdrop of grapefruit rind.
Monkey Bite, a blend of El Salvador, Guatemala and Ethiopia beans, is an espresso roast and the summer cold brew. There is a smoke edge to the body and up notes of plum and hazelnut.
Great place for espresso. Both the blend and single origin were well extracted and very tasty.
