Max Heilbron: The chicken parm is heavenly.
gagan singh: No bad choices here, this is a great “by the slice” spot in SF. Recommend getting the salsiccia for pizza, the chicken parm sandwich is a good option if you’re looking for something substantial.
Daniel Lilly: one of the only places in the city with good pizza by the slice
NXS ...: Awesome Deli!!! Had the Molinari Special and my wife had the chicken Parm and added sun dried tomatoes. Enjoy!!!!
Noah Weiss: The best value sandwich in SF. $10 for the Molinari Special with half a dozen delicious Italian meats layered high enough two people could split one.
Michelin Travel & Lifestyle: Locals have been shopping here for house-made pastas, cured meats, Italian groceries, and imported cheeses for over a century. Sandwiches are great for a picnic. - Green Guide Editor

Darren Dosia: I don't eat at any other Italian restaurant in North Beach, this is the spot. Chicken parmigiana, ravioli both suggested dishes.
John Frels: My FAVORITE Italian Restaurant in San Francisco! This is the place where locals eat.....NO RESERVATIONS so get there early!
Jaime Raba: If you order a main course, not "primi" it usually includes pasta and also gives you the opportunity to upgrade to a caesar salad for two dollars which is well worth it.

Magill: The service is very good, warm busy atmosphere and a great menu. We had the Calamari-good, the crab enchiladas,Chicken Parmesan very good!,and the sausage Italian sandwich with also good.
Shia: Sunset dinner overlooking Golden Gate Bridge. Husband had lasagne and I had chicken parmigiana and it was more than we could eat. Garlic bread was to die for.
Isipandi: Food is nice, a little pricey but ok. You have to try any dessert! Expensive, yes, but delicious!! Tiramisu and chocolate mousse cake are incredible. Nice views of the sea lions too.
