Eric Wuebben: Really great staff. Incredible hospitality that includes wine bar hour with Inn Keeper host. A true ambassador of the city. Listen to his advice.
John (aka “PHATFoodFan”): Get the free shoe shine! You drop it off at the front desk and they get it back to you same day! Great friendly service.
Lyndsey A: Okay- this is a true gem of a hotel. Amazing Victorian details throughout, unbelievable hospitality, free breakfast that's fit for a king, and superb location in the heart of the mission. STAY HERE.

Tracey: Grab a glass (or four) of port or sherry from the lounge (free) and enjoy it on the rooftop with sweeping views of the city.
Nick Black: If you are an iPhone developer interested in maps or location - call into a Cloudmade developer lab, each morning during WWDC. Free breakfast & 1:1 talks with iPhone engineers. Paul@Cloudmade.com
Rex: Although this hotel is relatively new (2008), the rooms and hallways already look very dated. Another guest was there when we checked into our room, and they offered free breakfast as an apology
Rich Mondor: Great place to stay...close to the financial district and anything you need. Great staff and bartenders! Stay here enough and once they know you its like family!

Donny Fluegel III: Staying at the Hotel Nikko? If so, you have to get the Imperial Pacakge, its an awesome deal!! It includes free in-room internet, gym/pool access, free breakfast, happy hour, and amazing views of SF
Alexander Shuiskoff: Exceptional service, attention to details. breakfasts, dinners, cocktails. This is the best hotel I've stayed so far (20-something countries, 200-something cities). LOVE!
Stewart Marshall: Great hotel, spacious rooms, good service, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. Quite a high price - but all the hotels in San Francisco are pricey - so this one is comparatively good value.
