Thursdays and Saturdays are the best days... because those are Roli Roti days. The porchetta sandwich is THE best sandwich EVER.
What I like best about the ferry building is I don't have to choose. I can snack on Hog Island Oysters AND get a Roli Roti sando AND eat cowgirl creamery cheese AND get a geranium macaron at Miette.

Some of the best Thai in SF! Get the fried chicken - it comes with a delicious red curry and roti. The blue rice is for visual effect, doesn't affect the taste. Also get the ginger milk tea.

Affordable Thai food & very tasty. Very close to food we had in Thailand at a really good price. The curries are good so is the pad see sew.
The veggie lunch platter is a little confusing (it's a fixed menu; no choices on curry or rice vs roti), but it's delicious and a great deal at $10 (plus tax and tip). Great variety of tasty dishes!
gobi manchurian was soggy and chicken 65 was smelly. paneer tikka masala and rotis were ok and service is decent

Affordable casual spot with lots of delicious carby dishes. The roti pratha and martabak (roti stuffed with meat + vegetables) were the best things I had!
So far, the best Malaysian and Indonesian food in SF. Authentic and delicious. Try the beef rendang with the ginger rice and sambal string beans + okra. The owner Ming is friendly and very nice.
Green roti and pad kee mao were amazing. Seriously some of the best Thai food I've had in SF. Classic hole in the wall deliciousness with prices to match. Go on a off time to get a seat.
Pad Thai here is crack.
Order the tofu satay and any red curries. Order too much food. Eat it all. And remember that this is better than any other thai in the neighborhood.

Tasty, friendly Indian food in The Loin. Order roti (whole wheat bread cooked in the tandoor), a Kingfisher beer, and eat with your hands! If you order a dish 'spicy' expect not very much spice.
