Banh-Mi and Pho are both very good here. They close after lunch, but reopen again for dinner.
If you are concerned about salmonella, live in a giant bubble like in that Travolta movie.
Get the Pho Tai, put some sriracha and hoi sin sauce in a saucer and dip the Tai in it. Delicious
