I always get the "trust me" and am always blown away by the freshness and quality of the fish. Best sushi I have ever had, hands down.
EVERYTHING IS GOOD. I get the Nozawa and add hand cut lobster roll and unagi. No reservations, go during non-peak times. Parking next door $3 w/validation.

Not only is this place gorgeous, but the food is excellent! I had lobster & prime rib sliders, the prime rib was to die for! Also got shoestring fries which were the perfect amount of crunchy! Mmm.

If you like fish, this is the best restaurant: the food is delicious and the price is fair compared to other prices in Sta Monica. Salmon and Barramund were my favorite dishes. #enjoy

Arguably the best meal I had this trip, Mediterranean salad w/out-of-this-world vinaigrette, Red Pepper Shrimp & Noodles, watermelon lemonade, melon sorbet. Watch out for sun if seated outside.
On weekends they serve breakfast later. Try the quinoa pan cakes or market scramble. During the week the fish tacos are great. Try the edamame dumplings daily soup or one of their custom drinks
Good deals on the set menu! My favs are the salmon, blue crab, lobster, and uni! The uni is so good. I thought the salmon sashimi dish was alright.
Get here early! 11:30 or 11:45 usually doesn’t have a wait. Order 4-5 hand rolls, you can always add more. The scallops and salmon are delicious!
